Can I ship a gift directly to the recipient?

Can I ship to multiple addresses (more than one gift)?

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will ship within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted. If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you immediately.

If you would like to track your order, select FedEx Home during checkout.  We will send you tracking information via email when your order ships.

Spelling errors:  We personalize items based on customer entry.  We are not responsible for customer misspellings.  Please proof read carefully. 

Note that 3 letter initials will feature the last initial in the center of the monogram.    

 

If you do not choose a font or thread color, we will choose one for you. We will coordinate with the selected item.  The font most often chosen by The Initial Impression is block.

Personalized items are a final sale.  We are proud of our work and the quality of our work is always guaranteed.  If you are unhappy with quality of work, please contact us at 512.906.1842 within 5 business days.  We will be happy to discuss your concerns and arrange for replacement.
