Gift Information
Can I ship a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes, each product has the option to include a gift card. Then provide the gift recipient's address as the shipping address during checkout.
Can I ship to multiple addresses (more than one gift recipient)?
Please submit separate orders for each shipping address.

Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will ship within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted (like on plates and apparel). If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you immediately.
We know how important a timely gift is and are committed to making fast delivery one of our key differentiators from our competitors.
What shipping options are offered?
We offer the following shipping options on our website: USPS Ground & USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day; trackable and insured).

Can I track my order?
If you would like to track your order, select USPS Priority Mail during checkout. We will send you tracking information via email when your order ships.
Can you rush an order?

Personalization
Spelling errors: We personalize items based on customer entry. This includes case sensitivity- if you want the name in all upper case, enter it in all uppercase (example- AVERY). We are not responsible for customer misspellings. Please proof read carefully.
Initals Format: For most items (unless otherwise noted), we monogram initials with the last initial in the center and larger. You will be instructed to enter initials in the following order: first LAST middle. Example- BZP for Brittany Paige Ziemann
