Gift Information

We will ship directly to your gift recipient.  Just enter the recipient's address in the shipping information section during checkout.  Please submit separate orders for each shipping address. 

We ship all of our items packaged in white tissue paper with a boutique label & tied with a tulle bow.  Simple, but cute!

We include a gift enclosure card.  The gift card is handwritten with your message.  To include a gift enclosure card, email your message to us at sales@TheInitialImpression.com after you place your order or select a gift enclosure card while shopping.

Personalized Gifts      

All personalized gifts are shipped in approximately 5-7 business days. 

We cannot accept returns on personalized orders so be sure to enter your personalization text exactly as you want it to appear on the selected item.  If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us at info@TheInitialImpression.com and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
