Return/Exchange Information
Personalized items are a FINAL SALE.    We are proud of our work and the quality of our work is always guaranteed.  If you are unhappy with quality of work, please contact us at 512.906.1842 within 5 business days.  We will be happy to discuss your concerns and arrange for replacement.

Spelling errors:  We personalize items based on customer entry.  We are not responsible for customer misspellings.  Please proof read carefully.  Note that 3 letter initials will feature the last initial in the center of the monogram.    

Non-personalized items may be returned for exchange ONLY...we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless a valid mistake was made on our end or if the item clearly has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges must be made within 14 days to exchange non-personalized items and MUST be in original, unworn, unwashed or unused condition.   We absolutely CANNOT redo or discount items due to customer error during ordering so PLEASE PLEASE check all order confirmations for accuracy!

Cancelling an Order
Due to the custom nature of our products and our manufacturing process...orders may NOT be CANCELLED or CHANGED once placed.  Once your order is placed, we get right to work and simply cannot cancel or alter the orders in any way because they have begun processing.

Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALES! This of course does NOT include coupons via coupon codes and any other promotional discounts on regular priced items.
